Facebook Evidence for the Future – A review of the Finnish copyright system: new publication by Cupore
The first part of the publication offers a general analysis of the copyright system’s operation and concludes with a list of recommendations for improvements. The second part assesses the governance of the Finnish copyright system by public authorities.
The publication is based on the results of the pilot studies conducted in 2013–2015 to implement the methodology for assessing the operation of national copyright systems, and applies the tools for assessing governance in the context of copyright systems developed in the context of Cupore’s project Assessment of the copyright system to support decision-making.
