CfP: The Nordic Journal of Cultural Policy
The Nordic Journal of Cultural Policy welcomes articles on a continuous basis. In addition, deadline for abstracts for next NKT thematic issue is already 31st October 2018.
The Nordic Journal of Cultural Policy (Nordisk Kulturpolitisk Tidsskrift) is aimed at readers and writers who are active as professionals or researchers in the field of cultural policy in the Nordic countries. The journal publishes articles in Norwegian, Danish, Swedish and English and its editorial board consists of researchers from the Nordic countries.
The Finnish Center for Cultural Policy Research Cupore holds the editorship of the Nordic Journal of Cultural Policy from 2017 onwards. Cupore’s senior researcher Sakarias Sokka is the Editor-in-chief and researcher Anna Kanerva the clerk of the journal.
The Nordic Journal of Cultural Policy aims at creating a forum for cultural policy research in the Nordic countries and to disseminate relevant cultural policy research and information to audiences in academic communities, public administrations, cultural institutions, the media and other organisations. The journal also wants to encourage and stimulate debate on issues relevant to cultural policy.
CALL FOR PAPERS
The Nordic Journal of Cultural Policy is an open access journal. Two issues are published yearly. Usually one of the issues is a thematic issue for which a special call will be launched

The journal publishes multidisciplinary scientific articles that present research on cultural policy from its many viewpoints. Beside scholarly articles on cultural policy, the journal also welcomes reviews, research notes, essays, and debate articles. It accepts manuscripts that have not been published previously nor are being assessed for publication in another journal.
The Nordic Journal of Cultural Policy is a refereed scientific journal. All published articles go through a review process. Two issues are published yearly.
